How will I receive my tickets?

We will email you copies of your ticket.

How do I make a change to my booking?

Just email us (info@nyctour.co) and we'll help you out!

What happens if I show up late?

We will wait up to 20 minutes from when the tour starts. After 20 minutes the trip will be canceled and refunds will not be given.  

Where does the tour start and end?

We start and end all of our tours across from the JW Marriott Essex House which you can find at

160 Central Park S, New York, NY 10019 or through Google Maps

How long do your tours last on average?

Our tours last roughly an hour, with time afterwards for pictures. 

Do the tours continue in rain/bad weather?

We run our tours rain or shine! The car is fully enclosed and has AC/Heat to keep you feeling in perfect condition. 

How far ahead should I book my tour?

You can book online as far ahead as you want. We suggest booking in advance as our tours generally fill up fast. 

What exact locations do we visit?

Our tour begins at the Plaza, and we drive by Central Park, Columbus Circle, Carnegie Hall, Times Square, Bryant Park, the Flatiron District, and Grand Central, to name a few. 

What conditions are the cars in?

Our fleet of classic cars have been fully remodeled with new interiors, new engines, A.C./Heat, and of course seat belts.

Can I bring food or drink on the tour with me?

Given the sensitive nature of the classic cars, we don't allow any food or drinks brought into the vehicle.

Do I need to dress up in a 1920s outfit?

Our team provides you with props and memorabilia, your only job is to sit back and enjoy the ride! 

Are your vehicles car seat accessible?

Unfortunately, our cars do not accommodate car seats.
